《无因地不入道,无果地不成佛—-大日如来王尊佛》
“Without causality practice, one cannot enter the path; without fruition practice, one cannot become Buddha—-SunGuru Buddha”

宗嘎巴开示:无显不入道,无密不成佛。上师在这里开示:无因地不入道,无果地不成佛。是对显密的深入解读。显宗也具备禅宗的果地见性,但主要以因地为根本。因地,是把自己放凡夫位,灭除假我,修谦卑,心量宽广。因地修法的菩提道主要是被动菩提,被动是自己所需修法。主动是众生所需修法。放凡夫位,是因为自己执着假我实有而修,其心性特点是:大恭敬三宝,心自净其意,心量宽广。此修法目的是灭除我执我慢,以我执引发五毒烦恼,呈现世间八法,六道轮回,而以不净观看破放下,发心将来成佛。但如果持守因地,将来则无期。因为信心乃万法成就功德母,你不信自己是佛,怎么可能成佛。但有人说自己是佛,而没有灭除我执,则反而深陷我执我慢,更无法成佛。所以无因地不能入道。
果地以自己为佛而修,以因地灭除我执我慢为基础,修大菩提心。以菩提心承载一切法界众生,具备两点心法:以菩提心承载与自己不同和矛盾的境界,而打破自己一切定义实相执着。以此见到承载一切法界众生的自性上师,见到上师没有任何真假,对错,善恶,佛魔的无为境界,而没有前提底线的视师如佛。上师成为果地修法的授记佛陀,慧命父母,佛上佛。以上师授记果地修法。如同师范学校的学生,要上讲台,把自己当做老师而培训成为老师,如果抱着自己是学生,则无法成为老师。果地修法不相信自己是佛就是犯戒。以冥想菩提心承载万法,与力度胜服一切业力,修清净观,打破因地凡庸感,认知佛性的无限性。与上师合一,成就无上正等正觉。

Tsongkhapa’s teaching: Without the exoteric teachings, one cannot enter the path; without the tantra teachings, one cannot become Buddha. Here, the Guru teaches: Without causality practice, one cannot enter the path; without fruition practice, one cannot become Buddha. This is a deeper explanation of both exoteric and tantric teachings. Exoteric teachings also have realization of true nature like Zen teachings, but they mainly focus on cause-level practice. Cause-level means treating yourself as an ordinary being, removing the false self, practicing humility, and having a vast and open heart. Practicing the path at cause-level is mainly passive bodhicitta. Passive means practicing what you yourself need. Active bodhicitta is for what sentient beings need. Seeing yourself as an ordinary person is because you still attach to the false self as real. At this stage, the heart has certain characteristic: Great respect for the Three Jewels, Purifying your own thoughts, and Developing a vast heart. The goal of this practice is to destroy ego-attaching and arrogance. Ego-attaching gives rise to the five poisons, worldly concerns, the six realms of rebirth. We use impurity view to break through and let go of all these, and make a vow to become Buddha in the future. But if we only stay at cause-level practice, that “future” never comes. Because confidence is the mother of all accomplishment. If you don’t believe you are Buddha, how can you ever become one? But if someone says, “I am Buddha,” without removing ego-attaching, then they fall even deeper into ego and arrogance – and are even further away from becoming Buddha. So, without causality practice, one cannot enter the path.
Fruition-level practice is by seeing yourself as Buddha, with the removing of ego-attaching and pride through cause-level practice as the foundation, practicing great bodhicitta. With bodhicitta to hold and carry all beings in the entire dharma realm, this includes two key heart practices: “Use bodhicitta to hold and accept even people or situations that are different, opposite, or in conflict with you and thus breaking all your fixed ideas and attaching to your own version of reality.” “Through this, you see the Guru’s true nature, the Guru who holds all beings without any duality: no true/false, right/wrong, good/evil, Buddha/demon, and to see the Guru as Buddha unconditionally, without limit or precondition. The Guru becomes the Buddha who gives you empowerment to practice the fruition path, your wisdom father and mother, Buddha above Buddha. The Guru’s confers the fruition-level practice. Just like a student in a teacher-training school must stand on the stage and train as a teacher, if they keep thinking, “I am just a student,” they will never become a teacher. To practice the fruition path but not believe you are Buddha, that itself breaks the precept. You meditate with bodhicitta to hold all dharmas, use powerful force to overcome all karmic forces, practice pure view, break the causality practice heartset of feeling ordinary, and recognize the limitless nature of Buddha-nature. Finally, unite with the Guru, and realize unsurpassed, supreme enlightenment.

    “1.无因地不入道。
    1)众生俱生我执,深陷轮回绝对真实,修行将自己放最低点,观众生都是佛,唯独自已是凡夫,观自己色身为五蕴垢体,修不净观,能够至上依止,无上虔诚恭敬供养上师三宝,自净其意,内观自心,灭除我执,修行谦卑心,不断心量宽广,升起对众生的慈悲菩提。2)因地修行是成就的根本,从依止出离到慈悲菩提,是次第的增上,没有依止心,得不到量体裁衣的教法,就无法认知苦谛,无法修行出离心,没有没有对轮回的厌患出离,就修不了慈悲心,自己还深陷轮回苦海,如何悲悯众生悲苦!没有出世间长远智慧,不具备平等舍基础的慈悲心就修不了菩提心,没有菩提心修不到空性智慧。菩提心是照见本性的唯一桥梁。
    2,无果地不成佛。
    1)果地修法是以菩提心承载包容万物苍生维度,颠覆假我世间八法自他分别,见到上师是无真假,对错一切概念,上师对错全对,以打破一切前提底线的恭敬心和信心,视师如佛,与上师合一,照见本性,由上师授记为佛,将自己放在最高点佛的位置,认为自己是佛的修法。观色身为清净坛城,修行清净观。2)万法唯心生,相信是佛才能成佛,果地修法是即身成就之法,而因地修法不相信自己是佛,永远在等明天。”
