《恭迎观世音菩萨圣诞日–大日如来王尊佛》
“Welcoming the Holy Birthday of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva–SunGuru Buddha”

当初大悲观世音菩萨曾在阿弥陀佛等诸佛面前发菩提心愿：”我要于众生所在之处，让自己的每个毛孔和每一刹意念中，都示现三世诸佛的变化身形，使众生尽皆断证无上菩提。如果我不能使众生尽皆成就菩提而独自逍遥自在，就让我的头颅像葵花一样裂开。” 此大愿得到阿弥陀佛等诸佛称赞。但当观世音菩萨显现无量身形利益众生，成就菩提者寥寥无几，退失者众，心里暗想，我竭尽全力，众生却难得成就，业力刚强难伏，我真是无能为力了，还是善自为之好了。就这一念，头部裂成了十一瓣。后来阿弥陀佛现身为其头颅合拢后说：“绝不可诓骗我等诸佛，应在轮回中全力以赴利益众生。“ 并将十一瓣头颅变成十一面。观世音菩萨随即全力以赴，随众生祈请，利益无量众生。所以当你真心祈请，随心相应，便会得到观世音菩萨的加持。当以菩提心祈请，便会迅速与观世音菩萨大慈大悲的佛心靠拢与迅速融入，成就正法明如来的无尽功德。每个信徒也要警示自己誓言无欺，踏上修行路，斩断我执轮回路，退路就是绝路。在此殊胜时刻，随上师以利益众生的大慈悲心持诵观世音菩萨圣号与心咒，吉祥会永伴着你！南无大慈大悲救苦救难广大灵感观世音菩萨摩诃萨！嗡嘛咪叭𠸍吽！

In the beginning, the Greatly Merciful Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva made a Bodhi vow before Amitābha Buddha and all the Buddhas: “Wherever sentient beings dwell, I will manifest transformation bodies of all the Buddhas of the three times through every pore of my body and every instant of my mind, so that all beings may completely sever delusions and realize supreme Bodhi.
If I cannot lead all beings to attain Bodhi and instead enjoy liberation alone, may my head split apart like a sunflower.” This great vow was praised by Amitābha Buddha and all the Buddhas. However, when Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva manifested countless forms to benefit sentient beings, very few attained Bodhi. Many regressed and fell away. Inwardly the Bodhisattva reflected: “Though I have given my all, sentient beings are still rarely successful. Their karmic forces are stubborn and hard to subdue. I am truly powerless… perhaps it is better to take care of myself.” At that very thought, the Bodhisattva’s head split in a way resembling petals—into eleven pieces. Later, Amitābha Buddha personally appeared, gathered and rejoined the pieces of the shattered head, and said: “You must never deceive us Buddhas. You must wholeheartedly commit to benefitting sentient beings in samsara.” Then he transformed the eleven parts of the head into eleven faces. Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva then went all out to follow the sentient beings’ prayers and benefit countless sentient beings. So when you pray sincerely and follow your heart resonation, you will receive the empowerment of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva. When you pray with a Bodhi heart, you will swiftly draw near to the great compassionate Buddha-heart of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva, merging with it and realizing the infinite merits of the Tathāgata of Righteousness Dharma Radiance. Every believer should also warn himself to keep his vows with no falsehood, embark on the path of practice, cut off the path of self-attachment and samsara—for retreat is a dead end. At this auspicious moment, follow the Guru’s heart of great compassion for the benefit of sentient beings, and recite Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva’s holy name and heart mantra. Auspiciousness will forever be with you! Namo Great Compassionate Great Merciful Saves the Suffering Saves those in Trouble Vast Inspiration Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva Mahasattva! Oṁ Maṇi Padme Hūṁ!
